EXECUTIVE
COACHING
MAIN
OBJECTIVE
To help the employee (client) improve his or her individual
management and leadership effectiveness through a program of self-awareness
and personal development planning and decision making.
What
does it involve? By establishing trust and credibility with the client,
and becoming the confidential sound board, I help the client to:
- Think
through the issues they face as a manager
- Assess
their strengths and weaknesses through psychometric tools and 360°
feedback
- Consider
implications of these findings for career and management effectiveness
- Make
decisions in their leadership development plan
- Stick
to their plan through periodic coaching and review

Planning

in developing an action plan.
360° FEEDBACK REPORT
Perhaps
unique to AFS MEADP we collect data by interviewing six (or more) co-workers
to get a 360°
perspective for the client; data is compiled in a report
which shows distributions and mean scores. The client also completes this
questionnaire and can then compare his/her results against the co-worker feedback.
The results are interpreted with the client who then begins to draft a Development
Action Plan.
