MANAGER AS COACH
In the AFS Management Effectiveness Program one of the roles we promote in order to be an effective manager is that of ‘manager as coach’.
But what is the role of manager as coach?
After years of requests from our clients we have designed a workshop to provide all managers with a grasp of the coaching and counseling skills and techniques they should have in dealing with their employees.
In a half-day workshop (which can be condensed or expanded as needed) we seek to address the following topics:
