Consulting offers
two seminars in change management
one for all employees (including managers) who need to learn about change
and how they can cope, and one for managers who are being asked to lead
their team through change. The interactive seminars are designed as
one day events but may be compressed into a half-day overview.
Participants are given a workbook of exercises and information to take away. Where desired AFS Consulting can conduct follow-up sessions with intact work teams to facilitate change issues analysis and problem solving/action planning on specific issues being faced by a team in change and transition.
